I am installing a jacuzzi whirlpool tub on a second floor bathroom (not including the basement). The beams used in the floor are Georgia Pacific wood I beams, they are 9.5 inches deep and span 12'. They are spaced out 24" on center. Will this floor need extra bracing? The tub weighs 190 lbs empty, has a 120 gallon capacity and 2 people will be in it.

OK that just over 1000 lbs of water plus 2 people and the tub brings it in around 1500 lbs. Quite a bit of weight in one area but do you know if your beams are LVL or not? Georgia-Pacific Wood I Beam Joists (http://www.gp.com/build/product.aspx?pid=1390)

24" centers is really pushing possbility. Personally, I would try to insert or sister other joisting at 16". Hate to see this in the Living Room. I would also install 1 piece of 3/4" ply under the tub to help spread the weight.
