I have a 98 honda accord that starts just fine when I park it in the garage, however when I park it out side it will not start in the morning. It cranks and sometimes will start for a very short time. But never starts up. Once is started but stalled 20 feet down the road. Once the sun comes up and drys off the car (about 10:00 am) it starts then with out a problem.
Someone said it was the distributor cap but it doesn't looked cracked and I think it is still somewhat new.

Any ideas why it doesn't start?d

Intermittent problems like this can be very challenging. I would recommend performing the tests in sections A and B in the link below:

Make sure the spark plugs and ignition system components are in great shape. Pay particular attention to the main relay, igniter, and coil.

What type of motor oil are you using, sounds like your oil is to thick go with a lighter weight if so.
