Can anyone tell me what the following lines would be in English?

The below lines are the various answers I've received from other people for the Latin translation of a short English sentence. It's amazing to see such different opinions.

1. Evangelizandum semper et in necessitate utatur verbis

2. Praedicatio evangelium usquequaque , quod ut necesse utor lacuna.

3. Praedica Evangelio, ubi necesse est vocibus utendum.

1. Preach the gospel always and use words in case of necessity.
2. Preaching the gospel always, and that must use the words.
3. Preach the Gospel, where it is necessary use words.

I just used Google translate.

I've used Google Translate. They are the 3rd one I listed for the sentence that I input. Human Latin speakers, though, vary on what it should really be.
