Under such situation can I re-marry or should I wait until court hearing? Will my re-marriage affect my case?

I will assume is the divorce final ? You may be fighting over some of the terms of the divorce for years. If your ex can not get a loan, they may not be able to assume it.

So it is not gong back to enforce terms of a final divorce, the question is, is the divorce final or not
