The only way you will get an accurate answer is to call 3 brokers and describe your business and the coverage you want. Foremost businesses insurance is required to be licensed.

And what type of small business, if your business is to repair 1 million dollar art works, it may be high. If your business is a knife throwing act at the circus, doubt you could by it.
My liability for my martial arts studio costs me about 600 dollars a year, accident coverage for the students, cost about 14 dollars per student per year
When we had a coffee house, because we served food, and there is higher liability of law suits from food illness, it was closer to 1500 a year for liability
