My husband was deported twice we are in honduras now with are three children two of them who have medical problems and I am two months pregnant I will have to have my baby in the usa is there a way for him to get back fast in this emergency situation I have to have a c section to deliver the baby we have already done the I 130 and we are waiting for the decision

You have to wait for the decision. I'm surprised he is being considered for re-admission when he's been deported twice.

It seems you have about 7 months until the baby is born.

Please don't type in caps - it's the same as shouting.

It depends on the basis for the 2 deportations and if there are any other immigration or criminal violations. If he qualifies for the waiver, it generally takes about a year, as most cases now go through the Admissibility Review Office (ARO). Consult with an experienced waiver attorney. Good luck.
