Hi.
I am a witness for the CPS. Where the person is charged with possess an offensive weapon and section 4 words/behaviour-fear unlawful violence. However they have pleaded not guilty. Is this normal for this to happen? As the police have his statement admitting that he had done this? There are three witnesses. Would this be the advice of his solicitor? What would the normal punishment be for this? Thanks.
