I was trying to think of the title myself. It was done in the UK right? And one guy jumped off a bridge and one off a building, It was a wild movie I saw in my teens, and it was old then. Now I'm hitting 42. Seen the movie once since I was a teen, but the title eludes me.

It is called "Psychomania" the gang in it is called The Living Dead. It is from the UK. The leaders girlfriend never committed suicide, she only pretended to please her man.
