You can't really do anything until AFTER you are married, but I would see a family law attorney in your area to find out exactly what you have to do to have LEGALLY tried to contact him for the adoption to go through.

NOT listing a father on the birth certificate actually makes an adoption HARDER, not easier, later on.

So you have no idea who the father is, so you are saying you had sex with so many different men, there is no way to know ?

As synnen said, start now talking with an attorney. Your husband will be able to adopt, but you have to make sure you have made a good faith effort to get the bio father's permission.
