Hi, Hope I am doing this right. Just found out over the Internet my Bank account has been Frozen. Not mush in it I get ssi.going to call the Bank when they, I don't knon anybody I own, But I am very upset? Thank for your answer. Pat:(

Go to the bank and ask them for a copy of the garnishment against the account, then contact the court the issued it.

File a Motion to Quash the garnishment, this will give you some time before any funds can be removed.

Also temporarily stop direct deposit of your SSI. Anything deposited in that account will be frozen.
