What happens when a boy asks you stay at his house to swim and eat dinner together alone outside?

Moved to teens

I guess you eat and swim, Unless he or you plan something more sexual. How old are you, what dating have you done before and with him

Will either or both parents be in the house or nearby somewhere? What will dinner be? Pb&j sandwiches? Grilled food? Carry-out?

Do either of you know how to swim? If I were your parents, I wouldn't want my kids alone (at night?) in a pool unsupervised. That's asking for a tragedy to happen.

No by alone I mean just outside his parents were in side and my dad kept calling me every five seconds. And dinner would be just grilled cheese sandwitch

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:

https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/feedback/using-comments-feature-24951.html

As a point in fact, your age matters very much in answering this question as does your experience and there is no reason, since you have anonymity here that you can't answer. You owe Chuck an apology for giving him a negative rating.

You also should have indicated this had already happened.

Our answers would be different if you were 12 and he was 16 then if you were 15 and he was 16.

Obviously your parents approved (since you said your father kept checking in). That is the most important point, as long as your parents were aware and allowed it, then its fine.

Judging by your additional comments, I would say that he definitely likes you. But since you said his parents are home, I doubt he has anything sexual planned. Maybe he is going to ask you to be his girlfriend or something though?

elizabee10 does not find this helpful : he's being rude

Did you bother to read the guidelines for using the comments feature that I linked to in my post and again here?

https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/feedback/using-comments-feature-24951.html

A negative comment should only be used to correct wrong or inaccurate information. Nothing in my response was either incorrect or inaccurate. Nor was I being rude. I was simply explaining how this site works.

Your negative comment was totally out of line and will be removed.
