I don't know where to find or replace the thermal limiter switch on my frigidaire dryer. Can you help?

Elder, why do you think you need to change the limiter if you've not tested it?

You have to test the limiter with an ohm meter to see if it is bad. There are more than one t-stat in a drier and one thermal limiter. They look the same: oval-shaped with a screw on each end and two wires attached. They are wired in series so if one fails no power will flow through any of them. The main thermal limiter is near the heating elements behind drum. You have to clean out drier very well including motor and blower fan. Scrape out and wash out all parts not electrical. Use a brush and soap then vacuum out motor. Take every part out and clean it, don't do it half way or the piece you neglect will cause a blockage. Take your time and work in a garage where you have plenty of space. While you have it apart replace belt. DrTom4444
