What lender or lenders finances borrowers with scores below 500? Max loan-to-value?
Many lenders will underwrite a loan for people with a credit score below 500. A down payment and/or assets in the bank will make it much easier though.

This cannot be done unless it is short term and maybe 65% LTV at the most.
