I turned on the AC and no cold air came out just feels like a fan, so I checked outside and the fan on my unit is not working. Also checked the beaker box and whenever the ac is on the AC in the breaker box turns off. What the hell, help?

Sounds like a dead short,, 1st look for any hi-voltage wires that may be cut, loose or grounded,, is possible the compressor is shorted check the wires going into the compressor for loose connection,(be sure to kill power at breaker box or disconect),, also possible the compressor is shorted on the inside and if so will have to be replaced
