My mother has 15 years of cleaning under belt and currently works for a hospital and someone else's cleaning business but we are unsure of how to get our own office cleaning jobs.I know of one dentist office that is unhappy with their current cleaners but how do I bid?Do we need to be insured?

Yes you need to have liability insurance to protect yourself and your client/s.
A suggestion; please use the 'search bar' above and research janitorial, janitorial bids, proposals, sales, sales cold calling, cleaning contracts, etc. there is boundless information that may help you.
If you have additional questions JC please come back and ask I would be happy to assist you.
