We had an 'all singing and dancing' fancy monoblock hot water kitchen tap, but had to replace it due to poor hot water flow. The replacement has normal UK 12.5mm copper internal input pipes and works fine. The problem I have is that we want to put in place one of those extending hose spray taps, but all we can find are ones designated 'high pressure'. Now, our bath shower has a pump and delivers plenty of pressure so it would seem the answer is to fir another 1.5bar pump in the kitchen to feed the hot water supply to the sink tap.
Am I crazy and it wouldn't work, or is it a feasible idea?
