Hello,
I have a Kurdish (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kurdish_people)translated novel by the great Kurdish writer Piramerd (http://www.facebook.com/piramerd).
The name of the novel in English is "The Violinist". The problem is that the book doesn't have the name of the author on it. After searching now I have a clue that the Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen wrote it, but I don't know Danish, and Wikipedia is not much of a help.
Please, can someone tell me if Hans has anything related to something like this.
I really appreciate it.
Thanks :-)

Is it possibly Andersen's story "The Nightingale" (Danish: "Nattergalen")? The bird's song would approximate a violin's sound.

Thank YOU soooo much wondergirl, but unfortunately it's not that. I checked the plot of Nightingale. Thanks for your answer and for your time.
