When Beta sdn bhd was formed, unknown to Bakar, ah bong informed the shareholders at a meeting that the value of the property is 120k. The company has now found out the real value of the property. They wish to bring an action against Bakar and ah bong. Bakar and ah bong seek your advice as to whether they are in breach of the law.
