Ok, there's a TON of information on grounding a TV antenna on a mast to a house/trailer that has an electrical supply system. BUT, what about grounding an antenna on a travel trailer that's in the middle of the woods with NO electric service other than the power cord to a generator?

Drive a ground rod and connect the antenna and generator frame to the rod using a #8 solid copper wire.

Thanks, problem is the trailer is a travel trailer so it's not grounded and the generator is a portable in a plastic shed about 50 feet away and it's not grounded either. Is it acceptable to run a ground wire from the mast to a grounding rod just sunk into the ground?

Yes.
