Have a 98 xe honda accord its started to move to one side of driveway sat for about a hour then tried to start it and it will not start ,we changed the distributor, spark plugs, spark plug wires. We have no spark and no fuel. Does anyone have any clue as to what could be wrong with this car?
Thank you

Perform tests in the link below:

If the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then the problem is likely distributor related. Most aftermarket distributors for Hondas at AMHD have not worked. Only use a genuine Honda distributor.

Normally, replacing the ICM and coil in the distributor solves the problem. This is a cheaper solution, if you haven't turned in your old housing.
Installing an aftermarket ICM and coil in a genuine Honda distributor housing has been fine, however.
