If I have full custody does my child's dad have a say if she goes out of state for a few months to live with my sister well I get on my feet?

It would be a good question to ask your lawyer. I see that you state you have full custody, but not sole custody. Honestly I would run it by a lawyer really quick to make sure.

If the father has visitation and can not visit the child, he could stop the child from being taken out of state. He could ask for temp custody to watch the child hisself if you are not able to.
