Thursday I had sex with a condom and the next day I had discharge and didn't notice any burning until I went to go pee. The burning was caused by urine hitting around the opening of my vagina and VERY excruciating. I could barely walk and still can't cause my vagina is so swollen. I've had sex with this guy for the first time a week before, and no I didn't use protection, but we've been using condoms since then. I know, STUPID!! So anyway I noticed I had 2 in-grown hairs and I pulled them out and they started to puss. I had shaved probably 4 days before this happened. Then I looked in the mirror to view the opening of my vagina and there were 3 tears. I assumed it was because he is the biggest I ever had and the condom dried up the last time we had sex, so that could had caused the tear. More blisters(or sores I don't know) show up and Saturday I go into the doctors and he takes a look and says he sees the tears and confirms the bumps are NOT herpes. He just told me it takes time to heal. Sunday I started feeling more burning as I peed, but just on that general area, when urine hit the bumps I didn't notice any pain. Monday I go back to the doctor, this time another one and she takes a sample and says I have a severe yeast infection and perscribed me with 2 doses of Diflucan. I took one yesterday (monday) and she said to take the other on Wednesday (tomorrow). She said the bumps did not look like herpes cause I was panicking. I could barely walk and she said it was because my vagina was so "raw" and irritated, but she perscribed me Acyclovir just to be safe while we wait on the test results back on the culture samples she took. Later that night I woke up with a fever and went back to the doctor, this time it was the first doctor again. I had a 103 fever, weak, aching, NO vomiting. He takes a look again and says that it LOOKS LIKE herpes now. He took 2 culture samples to be safe and told me to wait 2 weeks. I'm so confused now! I looked at pictures online and my blisters aren't clustered, but also they can be serperate. I woke up this morning and the bumps are healing and a couple are actually almost gone. Just the inside of my vagina still burns but that's because of the yeast right? I read that you can mistaken severe yeast infection for herpes, but if I was already diagnosed with yeast infection, so severe I have to take 2 doses of diflucan does that sort of rule out herpes? The guy I slept with doesn't have anything on his penis! He said that I have nothing to worry about, but I don't know I'm so scared and confused and anticipating the results. Can you please give me some advice or what the possibility. The inside of my vagina just looks swollen and red, no "herpe" bumps, but like a film of white skin. Just a little bit not a lot. It's really sore when I touch the swollen area. I'm able to pee but I still feel the pain, but it's not as bad as it was before. Its still very painful but NOT so painful where I'm afraid to pee like I was before. When I sit I can feel how swollen I am. I'm anticipating these results but I'd just like some incite. What could these bumps be otherwise if one doctor says it doesn't look like herpes early in the day and another doctor that night says it does.

You cannot diagnose herpes without testing, particularly in the early stages. Have you asked your partner(s) if HE/THEY have herpes?

It could be herpes plus tears from a large penis - or just about anything else.

I think you've seen PLENTY of Doctors and need to wait for the lab work.
