Hey!

I am 165 cm, and was 68 kg (ok, I know... fat). But I started gyming and in 4 months I lots 12 kg, so now I am 56. Still I want to lose some, I want to be 52.
But whatever I do, I cant. I bought a DVD where a famous hungarian girl shows exercises (Réka Rubint), still I can't lose. In fact I realised, that my legs becoming full off muscles and not slimming down.

So what should I do for that -4 kg? How to reach it?
I don't want my legs to be very big, with muscles... I want to have normal-sexy-legs. But with these exercises it just keeps growing...

Anybody any idea?
Thanks a lot for helping me!

It is not for specific weight gains or loses, it is for health, and of course it is going to increase muscle in legs and arms.

What is your height and build, to go with the weight

Well done! I would say to do compound excercises. Like squates and benchpresses. The reason for this is that it increases sex hormones that increases passive fat burning(and some other pluspoints). You will gain some muscle but this can be sorted out by doing cardio like running. All for the best.
