I really think I love him, and it feels so natural to want to say to him ' I love you'- but I don't want to sound weak. What if he doesn't love me back, or thinks Im moving too fast? If I did say it to him, how would I do it, and whens the right time?

Depends on how old you are and how long you have been together.

Why say something that has become so trite? Think of a creative and original way to say the same thing: "You light up my life" or "I worship the ground upon which you walk" or "A jug of wine, a loaf of bread, and thou beside me."

Well how long have you been together for? I'd say if its 6 months or more, then totally go for it and say those three words we all wish to hear. Any less time, and yes that might be a little quick. We can all get a little too excited about things, and then ruin them sometimes.
However, If you want to say it, regardless of time, then just do it. I mean you obviously feel this way, but are questioning it online, almost asking us for permission. So I give you permission lol. Go say it. I would just say it when your alone and intimate conversation.
