I got a probation before judement for a DUI and am on supervised probation. My probation officer told me that I can request unsupervised probation as soon as soon as I finish an alcohol class and a victom impact class. I already have a job outside of the state and am worried about how long it might take them to process my request. Does anybody know how long it takes to process these requests.

Couple things... Did you confirm that you may leave the state on un-supervised probation?? I would, and I'd get it in WRITING.. Next, is you may be better off getting a transfer to the new state instead. I don't know.

But, if you want to know what's taking so long with your request, call the people up who you made your request with. If it's the judge, call his secretary, and ask. Ain't no harm in that.
