I was involved in a minor fender bender recently. There were no damages to either car. She copied my license plate number and cell. That's it. We didn't exchange names or insurance numbers, and no police were called and no one took pictures. I think I mainly just shocked and scared the both of us, to which I did apologize profusely. She then just drove off. I don't know what this could mean. Any advice?

Next time, however, take pictures, and get names and DL #'s.
