Yes I've got a 15 year old and a 13 year old. My 15 year old hasn't been going to school for 3 month, and my 13 year old hasn't been going to school for a month. I had a metting with the scholl to talk to them and my two son's were to go eswell but refussed. They said that my 15 year old can leavr school as he is nearly 16 next month, but my 13 year old need's to go in ,but he is refussing because my other son won't go in. all they go is sleep all day go out when they want came back when they want. I had to phone the police last week on them as they two were fighting and smashing my house up. I've got 3 other kid's . I was wondering weather I can kick my 15 year old out or do I need to wait until he is 16. He swear's at us steal's money from us

Where are you located? Laws vary by region; what may apply in one state/country does not apply in the next.

I know you don't want to hear this, but this is a discipline problem. Your children don't respect you because you don't require them to do so. You "can't make" your children listen to you? You tolerate being sworn at and being stolen from? How old are you other children who are witnessing this, and no doubt going to follow the same path unless something changes?

What country do you live in? That would not be allowed in the USA. But I don't think you are in the USA.
