What does code 9 mean on a rheem prestige ac unit

Are the codes showing through a small peep hole on the face of the furnace, if so open that door, codes are printed on a label inside.

It is inside the ac unit outdoors.. on the circuit board... the code label said it has something to do with the low voltage being misswired or trouble with the transformer
