What PSIG reading should I be getting on an A.O. Smith V60 tank. I would like to verify that I am within 5 - 10% of the factory charge.

Your precharge in the tank should be 2 psi below pump cut in. You will want to check the pressure with the pump off and all pressure drained from the water system. So, if your pump kicks on at 40, you will want your tank precharge set at 38. I don't recall what the factory precharge is, sorry.
