I have a well with a pump. The pressure gauge on the tank reads 50-60psi yet when I turn on the tap (all the faucets) no water comes out, any reason(s) why this would happen? Thanks.

You should have a drain tap at the pump, on the manifold, at least I do. Open that tap up. Any water? Is there a shut off valve after the pump? Clogged whole house filter? No hot or cold water?

Answer MA's questions, especially concerning whether you have a water softener or water filter.

There is no water softener or water filter. I did open the tap you suggested and got some water. I'm not sure how long it will last, I'll be back with that answer. Thanks.

I believe MA was just trying to use that tap to see if you had good pressure at that point. If your pressure in the tank is good, then there has to be an obstruction somewhere. I'd do this:

1. Use a tire gauge on the air valve on the pressure tank to double check your pressure. It should read about what your gauge is reading.

2. If you confirm that your gauge is working, then start working your way to the house. If you have a shut off valve, open and close it several times. Go to the next tap (outdoor faucet? ) and see if you have water there. If you don't, then you know the problem is "before" the tap. See what I mean? Then you start working your way back to the tank, checking for clogs.

Have you done any work on your system or plumbing recently?

Little "sleuthing" work usually finds the problem, simple in many cases.
