Got new batteries in, but can't change measuring units. (No manual)

The formula is F = \frac 95C + 32, but you can just use an online calculator like this one (http://www.onlineconversion.com/temperature.htm). That same website has conversions for almost every other units you can think of, including MPH.

I think the OP is asking about changing the units for data displayed by his CE1177 wireless weather station.
