Hey,
I am 18 years old with height 5 feet and 6 inches. My current weight is 62 kilograms and want to lose 7 kilograms in a month. I am planning to join swimming classes(4 days per week for 2 hours). And exercise for 30 minutes each day. But the problem I face is that my metabolism rate is slow. Please suggest tips to help me lose weight as soon as possible. I have also heard that drinking 2 cups of green tea in a day helps to lose weight. Is this correct? Please give me as many tips and suggestions possible! Thank you!

I recently started working with a personal trainer. He always tells me I need to drink more water, and to especially make sure that I'm drinking water before each meal. He says it'll help the metabolism.
Cutting out all junk food and making sure that you're having a healthy balanced diet is good too. You don't want to over eat but you need to make sure you don't cut down to too few calories either. If you're not eating enough your metabolism will slow down even more.
And don't forget, 7 kg is a lot of weight to lose in just a month. Don't be discouraged if you don't meet your goal. And also don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat. So you may not necessarily lose weight according to the scale but it you're exercising you'll probably be losing inches anyway.

I want to reduce belly fat and little bit fat from my thighs. What exercise should I do? The exercise I do is treadmill for 30 minutes, jumping rope for 5 mins(cant do more than that) and 50 sit ups. But my friend told me to stop doing situps because it just tones the body and does not burn fat. Is this true?

Most of the people who reduce fat are measuring the pound they will reduce in a week, month, etc. Before am always searching a solution on how to lost my weight in fast way. After several years still I can't find the solution, until one day I thought that quickly reducing weight is not a good solution. So, what I had done I reduced my eating habit until I find myself comfortable and little flexible so, I promised my not to eat full in all day long. From 3 months I lose 10 kg but I am not thinking that I am taking diet. No exercise also because of my schedule on my job. So, babycheck2 you are doing so fine do not be discourage about your weight just keep it continue don't count the days or month until you find yourself that your shape will change.

Yes, you heard right that Green Tea is great for losing weight. Normally people recommend 3 to 5 cups daily but most people find that they cannot drink so many cups a day and hence opt for Green Tea Supplements. Green tea and Green Tea Supplements improve your body metabolism and hence burn fat making you more energetic for all the exercising that you do. A healthy high-fibre, low fat diet will also help you to get fitter.
