I have a Troy built pony lawn tractor. Yesterday it shut off and now it won't start. It makes a clicking sound, battery was checked, new solenoid put on last week.. new starter last year. All belts are on.. one appears loose. What else should I check?

Check all ground and positive cables , sounds like a ground problem to me.
