My dog (female) is married for her first time she is 3 years old and after she's back home I noticed that she's is dipping blood so I just need to know if this is normal??

Married? As in she has been bred?

Some bloody discharge is normal. The body is stopping the heat cycle and notifying every part of her that she is pregnant. If she is dropping more times then you can count, take her to a vet immediately. The male may have hurt her inside.
