I am 7 weeks pregnant, this is my 5th Pregnancy - 3 healthy boys & one miscarriage @ 15 weeks { which resulted in a DNC } - I am currently breastfeeding my 9 month old. My concern is that I am having a constant state of tenderness in my stomach/uterus etc. I have also not gotten sick one bit yet and all of my other pregnancy I have been puke sick by week 7. Just wondering if Breastfeeding is causing the soreness(not cramping but tenderness) & lack of sickness.

Every pregnancy is different, and just because you were sick on the others doesn't mean you will be sick on this one.

It doesn't happen to everyone, but it's quite possible that you are able to feel your uterus starting to grow at this stage.

Breastfeeding does help to keep your hormones stable (many women with chronic diseases find they go into remission while they are breastfeeding) but shouldn't have much of an effect on your pregnancy. If you are still breastfeeding by the third trimester, you may find that your Braxton-Hicks contractions feel very strong.
