I recently contracted gonorrhea but was treated successfully I have not had any sexual contact since but now my gyno says I have cervacitis, I looked it up n its says it happens when u come in contact with an std. Yet my doctor said I was cures , what does this mean?

It means that your cervix is inflamed because of the gonorrhea, but the gonorrhea has been cured. It may take a while for the cervical inflammation to go away.
