Hey guys, I have a '97 Acura Integra and I blew the original motor. I decided to import a Japanese motor, it has approx. 30,000 miles, yes... 30k miles. However, it is a better motor, my Integra is a 1.8 but the new motor is 2.0. It has been tuned up with a new thermostat, spark plugs, gasket cover replacements, oil and oil filter, air filter, and several other small things. Radiator and transmission is in good condition, and nothing is leaking. Passes Texas laws well. In addition it has a long intake manifold. Four cylinder. Body is good except for back bumper and panel right on top, driver's seat has two holes from cigarette burn (pretty small).

My questions is:
How much could I sell for to another person without a middleman if I sell it as is?
And how much could I sell for to another person without a middleman if I sell after repairing the rear bumper and panel on top of it?

Thanks in advance,
Javi

Whatever the market will bear. Not much, the car is 14 years old already, is not a collectors item, and if it was, the engine code doesn't match the VIN.

"Whatever the market will bear" means what ever someone is willing to pay. Someone may offer $100 someone maybe $500. Check edmonds.com, ebaymotors.com or autotrader.com to see if you can find some pricing.
