I started my green card process, I got married to a usa citizen and 3 years later we started the process to get my adjustment of status, I went to both of my interviews and got a paper saying I needed to submit more information and I would receive an answer within a year. So my husband went back to the usa, and got a lawyer and sent off what they asked for, long story short, the man I married who I thought was the love of my life, loved his freedom in the usa so much that now he asked me for the divorce, saying this process was too much to handle. So now I am in Mexico, not knowing what to do or if I'm even going to be able to go back home. What can I do? I've been in mexico for 8 months now, and don't know anything. What can I do? Can I sue him for abandoning me in Mexico? I haven't heard anything of him for a long time now and have heard from friends and family that he is w/ woman and is saying he is single. What can I do?

I don't know what you mean by not being able to go "home." Where is home?

It sounds to me like you are a Mexican citizen, applied to be a US citizen, never left Mexico, are now in Mexico. Or am I wrong?

No, you can't sue him for abandoning you. You can (and should) divorce him.
