Hello I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I am 5-7 and 113 lbs. so I'm very thin... I can already see where my uterus is getting bigger either from bloat or baby. Nevertheless you can tell I'm pregnant. My question is if I can already see my uterus getting bigger and always have to pee does that rule out eptopic pregnant? No cramps... I do however feel an annoying pressure where my uterus is so I'm kind of scared. NO spoting at all. No bleeding. How can I tell? My next appointment is not until 2 weeks by now but by then ill be 8 weeks.

Often by about this time you might be feeling some discomfort or pain, often on one side, and possibly having some bleeding. It can be difficult at first as it can also be perfectly normal to have some cramping and light spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy. This is why, if it occurs, you should check with your doctor.

If you don't experience any real discomfort, or bleeding, between now and your doctor's visit, it would be very unlikely that you have an ectopic pregnancy.

Congrats on your pregnancy! Wishing you a smooth journey to motherhood... :)
