I had my boiler serviced at the end of the year. I have this done every year from the same company. The guy came Friday morning for the service. He cleaned and tuned it and I paid him. On Saturday morning the boiler would not start and there was a bad odor of fuel in the whole basement. I called the service department and they came out, saying the spark was not properly lined up and that he would have to charge me a service call because it was a Saturday. I told him no and he said he would simply send it to a bill collector. Am I wrong and I must have rights.
