Is he making you feel good about yourself? Compliments, taking you out, doing nice things for you? Have you gained a lot of weight and now feel stuck in a cycle of minding kids and playing house?
There are lots of ways you can get out of feeling like this, you just can't see them yet because your blinded by your own self load. You need to break the cycle!
Have you talked to your doctor? Could you be depressed? Seeing and speaking with a professional can work wonders! Have you had any "me" time, to get out for a bit of exercise? You NEED to be able to do this.
I don't think the problem is your boyfriend but just the changes in your life and your body and once you start to realize it CAN be fixed, your on your way!
Firstly see your doctor! Tell him how low your feeling and he should recommend medication and/or a councelor! That's a start! One step at a time OK? You can change how you feel about yourself and you only!

Two babies in a ver short period,no wonder you're feeling down in the dumps.
Making an appointment with your doctor is a must, you need some outside help.
Apart from your issues with low selfesteem, how would you describe your relationship?

He's cheated before so obviously you know he will cheat. Yes, people can change but you sound like your not keeping your image up and aren't having sex with him so he will cheat again. Talk to him about how you feel and take care of yourself and give him the craziest, most passionate $@%*! He's ever had.

I think your problems are your own issues. You need to find a way to regain your confidence maybe hitting up a gym or hanging out at some bars with some girlfriend will help? Your sex drive has gone down, does he keep asking for sex and you not willing to give, or has both of you completely stopped requesting sex from each other. I believe sex is an important part of a relationship and if it is absent it can create other issues as well. As far as him cheating there is no real way to know, you either take a leap of faith with a cheater and stay with him, or you can always break up with him, it will most likely end your turmoil.
Good Luck,
