Hi, I have a 10 year penalty for entering the country illegaly. My question is... that 10 year penalty is about to end next year, will I be able to change my status after that? Thank you.

You can't change anything... you can only APPLY again after that time. There is no guarantee your application will be approved. It still may take some time and applications before that would happen. Some are approved... some are rejected.
