Go to the appropriate court - not every court system provides court records in the same way. In jurisdictions where I work as a paralegal, there is normally a charge for the copies but it is nominal.

Not all of the records are on line.

What do you mean by full financial info?

Yes, some records may be online, but you will normally need to know case numbers and other case ID info

But normally you go in person to the court and review court records there. They will as noted above , normally charge if you want copies of the records

Try this (https://dcr.alleghenycounty.us/) link.

Or call the Department of Court Records (http://www.alleghenycounty.us/courtrec/index.aspx).
