OK, so I haven't had my period yet I'm 14 and recently there has been yellow discharge in my knickers what is it ? I'm I sick ? :/ I don't feel it coming out I just see it later , whtats wrong with me ? Please help

When you say you haven't had your period yet, do you mean you haven't start having period at all yet or you just haven't started for this month yet?

It could just be that the hormone changes your body is going through are leading up to a period coming on. You will start to notice different types of discharge at depending on where you are in your monthly cycle. Some girls and women are more comfortable if they wear a pantyliner each day. Sometimes the discharge may be whitish, sometimes a bit yellowish, sometimes clear. Do you have any itching with it? If so, it might be due to an infection.

It usually is not a problem as long as there is no itching, burning, or unusual odor. Certainly if it causes you concern, you can speak to your mother, another trusted adult, or ask to see your gp.
