I use Outlook 2000 but I am tied into ATT Yahoo. I believe someone has been using my email account to send "Canada Drug" adds to my contacts. What can I do?

This was happening to me with my hotmail account. I just needed to change the password to something much harder to hack (7 characters including letters [in difference cases], symbols and numbers ).

Getting an emailed hacked happens all the time. What you can do is like he said above, change your password to something with numbers and letters, and I would also send a mass email apoligizing for the spam... you don't want to burn bridges!

You can also check your outlook settings (http://www.howtowindows.com/popular-guides/outlook-settings/) and make sure you have Secured Link checked. This will help prevent people from "phishing" your website.
