An ideal gas in tank - (minus) 30 F initial temperature is allowed to expand quickly into a larger empty tank. If the volume of the gas in increased from 5000 cm^3 to 25 liters and the pressure is reduced from 8 atm to 2.02 * 10^5 Pa, what is the new temperature of the gas?

Read this first: Expectations for the Homework Help board
Do not simply retype or paste a question from your book or study material
We won't do your homework questions for you.
You were given the assignment for you to learn.
If you come up with your own answer and post it for us to critique that is within reason.
If you have some SPECIFIC questions that you couldn't find or didn't understand, we may help with that.
But this is your assignment, so show us you have at least attempted to complete it on your own.
Thank you.

1. Make sure all the values are in the correct units, i.e. temperature in kelvin, pressures have the same unit and the volumes have the same units.
2. Use:
\frac{P_1V_1}{T_1} = \frac{P_2V_2}{T_2}
Post what you get! :)
