My father inherited an agricultural land from our grandfather (who is now dead) but unable to register it on his name (to my father). Now my father is deciding to give the property in my position but our problem is on how to trasfer it to my name since my grandfather is already dead and the brothers and sister of my father might hinder the process. If your father inherited the land then the deed should be registered in his name, so whu isn't it? When your grandfather died didn't that executor transfer the land to your father in accordance with your grandfather's will? Why would your uncles and aunts object if the property went to your father in accordance with your grandfather's wishes?
