Every time I come on my period I am sick have severe cramps no pain relief i.e. paracetamol ibropfen etc help it. It lasts around 7-10 days is this normal?

Have you talked to your doctor about this? If you haven't you should. There are a number of reasons this can happen... but nobody can guess which applies in your case over the internet.

I get the same thing. Look up symptoms of Endometriosis. Talk to someone in your family about it if you have most of the symptoms. Ask a doctor what to do if you think you have it. Don't worry though, many young women and adults have it though. Very common problem.
