desikendale1, please start a new question for yourself; don't add to someone else's.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
When asking for help here, please take some more time to compose your question so as to give us info to help. Your question is unclear. Are you being accused of being a squatter? If so you need a lease. Are are you trying to accuse someone of being a squatter, in which case you need a dded for the property.
Why is someone being accused of being a squatter? Finally, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

You will need to prove that the owners of the home knew you were living in the home and you were living there with their permission

You need to find a different school. As noted squatters is an archaic term that no longer has meaning.
Also Please review the guidelines on asking for help with homework that can be found here:

While you may have thought your question simple, it wasn't. It was not posed properly so it was confusing. You didn't take the time to learn how to use this site or follow the rules you agreed to. I don't see a great future for you in real estate.
