Would an Implied Contract be the same as an oral agreement that was vague in its content yet still agreed upon?

No. An express contract, whether in writing or not, is what the parties specifically agreed.

An implied contract, on the other hand, is a contract established by the actions of the parties, this conduct being deemed to imply an agreement, and is not founded on what the said or wrote.

Suppose I go into a self-service cafeteria, help myself to some food, and then try to leave. I have entered into an implied contract to pay for the food, despite the fact that no one said or wrote anything.
